We will also broaden our technical support team resources and manage all your inquiries across the globe in 4 different regions.
What can I expect next?
Many things 🙂 Both companies will continue to align visions and work in parallel streams with the aim of becoming a one vendor company.
In the upcoming months, we’ll be migrating products to a brand new customer online experience, where you’ll be able to self-serve trial versions, manage a single account and access to our latest releases and documentation.
Integration work will start to bring you the best of both worlds — leveraging the Qommentary platform to bring email notifications, Slack/Teams integration, multi-step approval workflows and more to Inphinity products.
We will simplify the administration process by allowing you to manage all products from a single intuitive interface. The installation process will also be unified into a seamless experience, cutting out administration time and TCO costs.
We will also be making changes to the support process, making it even easier to handle all ticket requests and inquiries from a single platform.
